Strong Hands, Relaxed Shoulders

Having hands that are strong along with full range motion is sometimes tricky. Sometimes it turns into tension in the forearm or up into the shoulders (and neck). Come learn how to get the and strong and supple at the same time while the forearm and shoulders find their appropriate jobs so that they all work better. We will be doing a variety of modalities and techniques such a nerve gliding moves. I’ll be diving into my bag of modalities such as Melt Method, Z Health, Gyrokinesis and whatever else is needed by YOU.
