About…

I’ve always been a mover and a lover of nature. I spent my early years in the woods in Oregon and later skiing, hiking and biking in Utah. As a child I was known to dance anywhere - anytime. I finally found my home at the Modern Dance Department/ University of Utah. My dance community brought me to San Francisco where I thrived as a performer, a teacher, a choreographer. I became a massage therapist to support my dance habit. I ended up discovering that my hands seemed to be knowledgeable and had something to offer.

Funny how you think your path is one single thing and then another piece drops out of the sky, only to discover much later, it was all meant to come together in a cohesive, meaningful way. Don’t we all have a story like this? Isn’t this how it comes to be? I’d love to hear your story.

It took me a while to realize that I have a deep love of learning - really anything to do with the body and the energy that vibrates within —- science, healing, creativity, movement, and meditation. My desire to learn is on the verge of crazy, but it fulfills me and then in turn I give it back in spades to you. I gladly offer this knowledge and experience to assist you in stepping forward on your path of embodying your body along with your happiness, health and healing goals.
