Breathing is the center of life. Good breathing can support and improve digestion, circulation, a stronger immune system, and mental clarity. It can also be a tool to reduce pain, as well as to breath in a meditative way to connect within your deeper self.
Come join me for this life giving information. I will be utilizing tools learned from Z Health, Gyrotonic/Gyrokinesis, Franklin Method along with a plethora of tools I’ve learned along the way. All of this is adapted to you and your fellow students to you get what you need to feel your best!
